STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Our general terms and conditions apply to all our sales and transactions. A copy of this can be requested if wished.

By default, all orders (especially with larger dimensions or weights) are to be picked up by the customer at our warehouse after receiving a confirmation from Eberca (either by call or email) that they can be picked up in their totality. Shipping costs will be charged in case drop-shipments are requested by email.
